Power
LiMA Utilities Corporation operates its own 50 MVA substation, which is directly connected to a 69-KV transmission line of the National Power Corporation. This facility provides continuous and stable power to resident locators.
Water
LiMA Water Corporation provides industrial and potable water with a daily capacity of 6,000 cubic meters and a full capacity of 40,000 cubic meters from its own deepwell sources and reservoirs. It also operates a Central Waste Water Treatment Plant to ensure proper treatment of effluent,conforming to Class “A” standards.
